
Shiwana Ndeunyema
Executive: Business Strategy & PMS
In his substantive role as Executive: Business Strategy, his preoccupation is centered on positioning NAMCOR as a national energy company, in response to the global and multi-lateral energy blueprints.
He currently serves as a Non-Executive Director on the Namibian Ports Authority (Namport) Board, having previously served on the Telecom Namibia Board, Meat Corporation of Namibia (MeatCo) Board and on the Council of NUST, the University’s Board of Directors.
He holds a B. Econ (Hon) from the University of Namibia, a Master of Science in HR (Performance Man. & Org Behavior) & Postgraduate Diploma in HR from Heriot-Watt University, a certificate in Knowledge Management from the University of South Africa & a Postgraduate Certificate in HR - Edinburgh Business School.
Shiwana is also a Partner for People & Strategy at Atlantic III Consulting, where he develops strategy & implements organisational development solutions for large, small & medium enterprises in the public and private sectors. Through Atlantic III, he has served as lead consultant on the institutional audit and organizational redesign at the National Planning Commission of Namibia (NPC), MeatCo 5-Year strategic plan, Namibia Institute of Pathology (NIP) 5-Year strategic plan. He has also served as consultant on the development of a State Ownership Model for Public Enterprises in Namibia, on behalf the Namibian State, through GIZ, amongst others.
