Nestor is a qualified Civil Engineer by profession with over 20 years of experience in the field of Petrochemical Engineering, Civil Engineering and Construction. His experience includes Development of Petrochemical Infrastructures for NAMCOR, Contract Management, Project Management, and Infrastructure Maintenance.
He has done work for various clients including State Departments, Local Authorities and Private Developers. He holds a National Diploma in Civil Engineering from Polytechnic of Namibia, a Bachelors of Technology in Civil Engineering from Tshwane University of Technology (South Africa) , a Master of Industrial Engineering from Namibia University of Science and Technology and Executive Management Program from University of Stellenbosch.
As an Executive Engineering & Technical Services at NAMCOR, his key focus area is to support the realization of NAMCOR’s core business by ensuring the availability of appropriate work facilities and related infrastructures. This therefore entails strategic land acquisitions, property and related infrastructure development, upgrading and property maintenance.
He started his Career at Windhoek Consulting Engineer as an Engineering Technician. Prior to joining NAMCOR, Mr. Sheefeni worked at the Oshakati Town Council as a Town Engineer, as well as the Luderitz Municipality as a Strategic Executive: Infrastructure and Technical Services.
